Kojima Productions: Deal to develop an Xbox

Whether Sony has taken over the developer studio behind Death Stranding or not, is currently a question that interests players.

The fact is that Sony renewed its banner for the PlayStation Studios recently and now to see the protagonist of the game from the forge of Kojima Productions.

That just happens only if you have taken over a new studio.

In the same breath is also the question in the room, which is with the alleged deal between Hideo Kojima and Xbox for the development of a game to an existing brand. The rumor came up in the last year.

Officially there is no information. However, insiders and journalist Jeff Grubb currently claims in his premium podcast Grubbsnax that the deal between the two partners was in progress a few weeks ago. His statement would also be based on current information. The thing is therefore still up to date, it says.

Whether the possible takeover by Sony is still the case today, remains questionable. Of course, Sony could still take care of Kojima Productions.
